 Breakfast Banana Bites Recipe


Ingredients ( makes 8 )

  • 2 Bananas
  • 100g oats 
  • 2-3tbsp of golden syrup

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/160° C Fan/Gas 3 and line a baking tray with baking parchment 
  2. Smash bananas in a bowl to your preferred consistency.
  3. Add oats and mix well.
  4. Then add golden syrup to the mix until combined.
  5. Use a table spoon to scope up the mix and place it onto the baking tray leaving a decent amount of space between each spoonful
  6. Cook for  10-12 minutes 
  7. Enjoy :)
