 Homemade Hummus Recipe Ingredients ( serves 2) 1 tin of chickpeas (400g) 1 whole garlic clove 1tsp 1/2 oil Method Add chickpeas garlic and oil together into a blender and allow it to blend for 3-4 minutes until it forms a consistent paste  Enjoy:)

Breakfast Banana Bites Recipe

 Breakfast Banana Bites Recipe Ingredients ( makes 8 ) 2 Bananas 100g oats  2-3tbsp of golden syrup Method Preheat the oven to 180C/160° C Fan/Gas 3 and line a baking tray with baking parchment  Smash bananas in a bowl to your preferred consistency. Add oats and mix well. Then add golden syrup to the mix until combined. Use a table spoon to scope up the mix and place it onto the baking tray leaving a decent amount of space between each spoonful Cook for  10-12 minutes  Enjoy :)

Oat Biscuit Recipe

Oat Biscuit Recipe  Ingredients ( makes 12 ) 100g margarine or butter 100g porridge oats  50g caster sugar 50g plain flour  Method Preheat the oven to 180C/160° C Fan/Gas 3  Lightly grease a baking tray. Cream sugar and butter together into a bowl. Then add the oats and flour and work into a mixture. Lightly knead the mixture until smooth and roll out to a thickness of 5mm on a lightly floured work surface Cut into circles using a biscuit cutter or shape with your hands and place on a prepared baking tray. Bake in a per-heated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Then lift onto a wire rack and cool
