 Homemade Hummus Recipe Ingredients ( serves 2) 1 tin of chickpeas (400g) 1 whole garlic clove 1tsp 1/2 oil Method Add chickpeas garlic and oil together into a blender and allow it to blend for 3-4 minutes until it forms a consistent paste  Enjoy:)

Breakfast Banana Bites Recipe

 Breakfast Banana Bites Recipe Ingredients ( makes 8 ) 2 Bananas 100g oats  2-3tbsp of golden syrup Method Preheat the oven to 180C/160° C Fan/Gas 3 and line a baking tray with baking parchment  Smash bananas in a bowl to your preferred consistency. Add oats and mix well. Then add golden syrup to the mix until combined. Use a table spoon to scope up the mix and place it onto the baking tray leaving a decent amount of space between each spoonful Cook for  10-12 minutes  Enjoy :)

Oat Biscuit Recipe

Oat Biscuit Recipe  Ingredients ( makes 12 ) 100g margarine or butter 100g porridge oats  50g caster sugar 50g plain flour  Method Preheat the oven to 180C/160° C Fan/Gas 3  Lightly grease a baking tray. Cream sugar and butter together into a bowl. Then add the oats and flour and work into a mixture. Lightly knead the mixture until smooth and roll out to a thickness of 5mm on a lightly floured work surface Cut into circles using a biscuit cutter or shape with your hands and place on a prepared baking tray. Bake in a per-heated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Then lift onto a wire rack and cool  

Rice Crispy Treats Recipe

Rice Crispy Treats Recipe Ingredients ( makes 12) 140g Marshmallows 20g butter 90g rice crispy's 150g m&m's Method Melt marshmallows with butter in a pan until combined  Turn off the heat then add rice crispy's until fully combined  Slowly add m&m's ( so they dont get crushed ) Finally once the mixture is fully combined place in the container with grease proof paper Use a sheet of grease proof paper to flatten mix to a consistent height Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to set  Enjoy :) 

Tortilla Chips Recipe

 Tortilla Chips Recipe Ingredients ( serves 6  ) 3 Tortilla wraps of your choice  3 tsp salt and pepper ( Seasoning of your choice ) 2tbsp oil  Method  preheat oven to 180C/160° C Fan/Gas 3 Oil both sides of each tortilla wraps  Lightly season both sides with salt and pepper or seasoning of your choice  Slice tortilla warps into equal triangles  Place on grease proof paper and bake for 10-15 minutes  Enjoy
